Diane Devereaux, The Canning Diva®, is a nationally syndicated food preservation expert, author, television presenter, instructor, and mother of two. Since 2012, Diane has been sharing her lifetime passion of canning and food preservation, translating it to the busy lives of families across the globe. After years of working in disaster management, Diane created The Canning Diva®. Her aim was to blend her passion for gardening and preserving with her knowledge of preparedness and self-reliance. Today, she continues to educate others on home canning and food preservation with various culinary classes, an online Canning University, a weekly podcast Canning with The Diva!™, numerous YouTube videos, and four books, including her latest release: Canning Full Circle. Bernie Lubbers
Known as The Whiskey Professor, Bernie Lubbers is an expert in Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey and all things whiskey. Starting in 2005, Bernie began working as a Whiskey Ambassador at Jim Beam alongside Fred Noe. He later transferred to Heaven Hill Distillery, where he currently works alongside the legendary Parker Beam and Max Shapire. Since then, Bernie has been named Whisky Magazine’s “Whiskey Ambassador of the Year” and an “Icon of Whiskey” in 2009, 2012, and 2016. Today, Bernie travels the world sharing his whiskey knowledge and playing with his bluegrass band, The Bottled in Bond Boys. He appears as a regular guest on the industry’s largest podcasts and has spoken for documentaries such as Bourbontucky and Moonshiner’s – American Spirit. Carolyn Shearlock
Carolyn Shearlock has been travelling around the world for more than 15 years. During her long travels, spanning more than 13,000 miles, Carolyn realized a need for better food preservation and storage methods while living on the water. Through trial and error, she found the best techniques that did not require a cooler or tiny fridge while still maintaining the food’s incredible flavor. To help others, Carolyn shares her boating and food knowledge on her website, The Boat Galley.
