Diane Devereaux, the nationally syndicated food preservation expert, author, television presenter, instructor, and mother of two has been sharing her lifetime passion of canning and food preservation, translating it to the busy lives of families across the globe. After years of working in disaster management, Diane created The Canning Diva®. Her aim was to blend her passion for gardening and preserving with her knowledge of preparedness and self-reliance. Today, she continues to educate others on home canning and food preservation with various culinary classes, an online Canning University, a weekly podcast Canning with The Diva!™, numerous YouTube videos, released today Canning Full Circle: From Garden to Jar to Table. With recipes, tips, and precise instruction on how to can everything from fresh produce to full meals. This book is packed recipes (each accompanied by colorful photographs by pro Jeff Hage) and tips for canners at all levels.
